ABOUT THE MASSAGE THERAPIST

With Ease Wellness was created from my passion to help others focus on their health and wellbeing, by offering tailored physical and massage therapies for health conscious individuals who are wanting to relieve pain, tension and stress.

Understanding the stresses and strains of everyday life and the need for convenience, I provide a professional mobile massage and manual therapy service to your home. My service areas are the regions of North Surrey between Walton on Thames, Esher, Cobham, Oxshott, Weybridge and Shepperton and subject to availability I can travel further.

The Massage Therapist.

My name is Joanna Herbert, Founder of With Ease Wellness which I launched in 2018.

​

Having previously lived with chronic back pain, and high stress levels for many years, I am aware of the physical and emotional impact this can have on an individual. I have a passion for working together with clients to ease their discomfort or stress, in a treatment style that suits them, providing for both their immediate needs and long-term wellness goals.

​

I hold qualifications in Sports Massage and Manual Therapy including soft tissue release and joint mobilization methods, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, both Western and Eastern styles of holistic massage, and I am in my final year at The College of Osteopaths completing my Masters in Osteopathy - an allied health profession involving the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders through manual therapy and manipulation of the body. 

 

Using manual therapy techniques and home exercises, I have had success helping clients with a range of minor injuries from tennis elbow to ankle sprains, and back, neck, and shoulder pain. I am qualified to work with Cancer patients and during pregnancy.
