FOLLOW ON APPOINTMENT - OSTEOPATHY

Service Description

A targeted Osteopathy treatment for patients who have been visited within the past 6 months by the Osteopath. Suitable for specific aches and pain, decreasing muscle tension or increasing range of movement, improving existing conditions as well as preventing potential problems/injuries. Follow up Osteopathy appointments requires a catch-up health consultation prior to the hands on treatment. Please also allow set up time. The treatment is tailored as needed and can include soft tissue manipulation, stretches, muscle energy techniques, joint articulations and manipulations and functional or positional releases. This is an active patient involved treatment and shorts and vest tops are recommended. The appointment will last up to 45 minutes.
