FOLLOW ON APPOINTMENT - MANUAL THERAPY

Service Description

A targeted treatment for specific aches and pain, decreasing muscle tension or increasing range of movement, improving existing conditions as well as preventing potential problems/injuries. Follow up manual therapy requires a 10 minute health consultation prior to the 35 minute hands on treatment. Please also allow set up time. The treatment is tailored as needed and can include soft tissue manipulation, stretches, muscle energy techniques, joint articulations and functional or positional releases. This is an active patient involved treatment and shorts and vest tops are recommended.
