Service Description

Lymphatic Drainage appointment at the Four Health Clinic at The 225 Club, Cobham. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very powerful, light-touch, skin-stretching treatment focusing on the lymphatic system that helps encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. Lymphatic drainage massage can have a beneficial effect on your general health. MLD helps the lymphatic system to move metabolic waste, proteins, toxins and excess fluid as well as improving the immune system, helping with pain relief and as a gentle treatment can also be very relaxing. Stimulating the lymphatic system is beneficial for detoxification, oedema, headaches, sluggishness, pain relief and pre and post-surgery to minimise tissue congestion and scar formation. The treatment is completed lying down and loose clothing can be worn. Doctors or Surgeons approval must be gained if you are having MLD for medical reasons. Please allow an hour for this appointment which includes medical history and the treatment.

To cancel, please contact Joanna at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time.
