FIRST APPOINTMENT - OSTEOPATHY

Service Description

A targeted treatment for specific aches and pain, decreasing muscle tension or increasing range of movement, improving existing conditions as well as preventing potential problems/injuries. Osteopathy requires a thorough health consultation and physical assessment prior to diagnosis and the hands on treatment. The treatment is tailored as needed and can include soft tissue manipulation, stretches, muscle techniques, joint articulations and manipulations and functional or positional releases. Cranial osteopathy may also be a part of the treatment. This is an active patient involved treatment and shorts and vest tops are recommended. The appointment will last up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
