PERRIN TECHNIQUE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

Service Description

The Perrin Technique™ method incorporates Osteopathic cranial and spinal techniques along with soft tissue massage in the head, neck, back, and breast/chest. Please ensure a chaperone is present for the appointment. Gentle lymphatic drainage techniques are used to assist the lymphatic system to drain toxins into the bloodstream for detoxification in the liver. During the 2nd appointment, the patient will be taught the self-massage technique to assist themselves between appointments. Alongside a home care programme and pacing lifestyle, the patient should see symptoms reduce with time and may even become symptom free.
